Frequently Asked Questions
When does your flower season begin?
Our growing season is year-round - in one form or another, but our market season begins in early May and typically ends by late October.
Do you deliver flowers?
Not at this time.
Can I order a special item and pick it up at the farm?
Special arrangements can be made for pick-ups on the farm. We also encourage special order pick-ups at the Downtown Growers’ Market during our market season.
Can I tour the farm?
We are a working farm and do not offer tours at this time. However, we are planning to host a variety of flower classes, field trips, and other events in 2025! Follow us on Instagram for class announcements when they become available, use our contact page for more information.
I want to order a large amount of flowers for an event. Is this something you can help me with?
We sell flowers and fillers by the bucket for larger events - weddings included. Reach out on our DIY page, and we’ll send you information, including a flower pricing menu.
I just purchased flowers from you. How do I care for them in order to extend their vase life?
After bringing your flowers home, recut your stems and place your blooms in a clean water-filled container. If there are any leaves left on the stems, remove them first. Change out the water and re-trim your stems every 3 days for the longest vase life.
What wedding services do you offer?
We currently offer diy wedding packages and an a’ la carte menu for designed items. We are not a full-service wedding farm at this time, but we know some amazing florists and event planners here in New Mexico and are happy to offer recommendations. Reach out on our Wedding Page.
Do you sell wholesale to florists and local businesses?
Yes, we work with local business in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. We also sell wholesale to florists and event planners who want locally-grown flowers that provide the freshest and longest lasting blooms.
What are some of the benefits of buying locally-grown flowers?
Buying flowers and bringing them into your home, offering them as gifts, or adorning an event, provides aesthetic, mood-boosting, and celebratory benefits - to name a few. Knowing your flower farmer also has benefits - especially when selecting for organically-grown, seasonably harvested flowers that last longer and are better for the environment and local economy!
